Bench press and pull ups

WOD: bench press 3x5 then:
  • 10 dead hang pull ups
  • 400m run
  • 7 dead hang pull ups
  • 400m run
  • 5 dead hang pull ups
  • 400m run
I'm still injured, so it's strictly upper body stuff for now.
