WOD: max overhead squat
I ended up hitting 185 lbs. Just about got it for two reps, but the first rep wasn't quite deep enough.
WOD 2:
200m run
K2E
Start with a 200m run then do as many knees to elbows as possible. When you let go of the bar, do a 200m run before starting again. 10 minute time limit. I did 47 K2E.
