Murph Meets Trevor

This workout was no joke. I lost my breakfast during the last run.

WOD (Murph Meets Trevor):
Completed with a partner- these reps are for each person but only one person can work at a time
  • 800 m run
  • 50 pull ups
  • 100 push ups
  • 150 sit ups
  • 200 squats
  • 800 m run
Josh and I knocked this out in ~39 minutes.
