Old School CrossFit

Gary put us through an old school CrossFit wod.

WOD:
  • 20 wall ball (20 lbs)
  • 40 double unders
  • 15 wall ball
  • 30 double unders
  • 10 wall ball
  • 20 double unders
  • 800m run (do 25 lunges during the run)
  • 4 rope climbs
  • 20 wall ball (20 lbs)
  • 40 double unders
  • 15 wall ball
  • 30 double unders
  • 10 wall ball
  • 20 double unders
