Feeling the Mai Tais

Second workout since vacation in Maui. I'm feeling those Mai Tais.

WOD (4 rounds):
1st and 3rd rounds:
  • 400m run
  • 5 hip to overhead (115 lbs)
  • 10 box jumps
2nd round:
  • 400m run
  • 5 knees-to-elbows
  • 10 push ups
4th round:
  • 500m row
  • 5 knees-to-elbows
  • 10 push ups
