Feeling the Mai Tais
Second workout since vacation in Maui. I'm feeling those Mai Tais.
WOD
(4 rounds):
1st and 3rd rounds:
400m run
5 hip to overhead (115 lbs)
10 box jumps
2nd round:
400m run
5 knees-to-elbows
10 push ups
4th round:
500m row
5 knees-to-elbows
10 push ups
