WOD:

3 rounds of:
  • 5 knees-to-elbows
  • 10 push ups
  • 15 squats
Then run 800m

2 rounds of:
  • 21 KBS
  • 12 pull ups
Run 800m

Then 1 round:
  • 30 medicine ball cleans
  • 30 box jumps
My time was 19:03.
