Rope climbs

WOD (5 rounds):
  • 5 power cleans (135 lbs)
  • 10 push ups
  • 2 rope climbs
My time was 14:20. Pretty awful. Everything felt heavy and I couldn't figure out why. When I got home a cold hit me like a ton of bricks. Working on day three of fighting the cold now.
