Pull ups and ring dips

WOD (3 rounds):
  • 4 weighted pull ups (25 lbs)
  • 4 weighted ring dips (25 lbs)
then (7 minute cap):
  • 12 thrusters (95 lbs)
  • 12 push ups
  • 200m run
  • 9 thrusters
  • 9 push ups
  • 200m run
  • 6 thrusters
  • 6 push ups
  • 200m run
I finished in 6 minutes.
