WOD
(3 rounds):
4 weighted pull ups (25 lbs)
4 weighted ring dips (25 lbs)
then
(7 minute cap):
12 thrusters (95 lbs)
12 push ups
200m run
9 thrusters
9 push ups
200m run
6 thrusters
6 push ups
200m run
I finished in 6 minutes.
