Prowler, Handstand Pushups, and more

WOD 1: Prowler push 1-1-1-1. Increase weight each time. Work in 3 sets of 10 handstand pushups

WOD 2 AMWRAP in 10 mins:
  • 3 power cleans (115 lbs)
  • 5 pull ups
  • 10 push ups
  • 15 squats
