Front Squats, HSPU, Sumo High Deadlifts, Ball Slam

First part of the workout was 3 sets of 3 front squats. My weight was 185lbs.

WOD (as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes):
  • 5 hand stand push ups (HSPU)
  • 12 sumo high deadlifts (95lbs)
  • 15 ball slams
I completed 6 rounds.
