Sunny Saturday Morning

This was one of those workouts where I almost lost my dinner from last night.

WOD (3 rounds):
  • box jumps (1 minute)
  • ring dips (1 minute)
  • rest (1:30)
  • wall ball (1 minute @ 20lbs)
  • KBS (1 minute @ 24kg)
