Cleans, front squats, and back squats

This workout was butt kicker.

200m run then (3 rounds):
  • 3 Power Cleans
  • 10 Wall Balls (20 lbs)

400m run then (2 rounds):
  • 20 Double Unders
  • 5 Front Squat
  • 20 Double Unders
  • 5 Back Squat

400m run then (3 rounds):
  • 10 Wall Balls
  • 3 Power Cleans
