CrossFit Hero WOD: Whitten

Another butt kicker today.

WOD 1: 3 sets of 5 deadlifts (245 lbs)

The WOD for Mr. Whitten is supposed to be 5 rounds. We only had time for 3.
WOD 2 for Mr. Whitten (3 rounds):
  • 22 x Kettlebell swings (70 lbs)
  • 22 x Box jump (24")
  • Run 400 meters
  • 22 x Burpees
  • 22 x Wall ball (20 lbs)
