WOD 1: 3 sets of 5 deadlifts (245 lbs)
The WOD for Mr. Whitten is supposed to be 5 rounds. We only had time for 3.
WOD 2 for Mr. Whitten (3 rounds):
- 22 x Kettlebell swings (70 lbs)
- 22 x Box jump (24")
- Run 400 meters
- 22 x Burpees
- 22 x Wall ball (20 lbs)
