Mash up

Today was a mash up of WODs.

WOD:
  • 400m run
  • 21 KBS
  • 12 pull ups
  • rest 5 mins
  • 15 clean and jerks (115 lbs)
  • rest 5 mins
Then AMRAP in 8 minutes:
  • 5 pull ups
  • 10 push ups
  • 15 squats
