Farmer Carry

WOD (5 rounds):
  • farmer carry (60 lb dumbbells)
  • 7  dumbbell pushups
  • 400m run
  • farmer carry back to the gym
  • 1 rope climb (1, 3, 5 rounds)
  • 10 dead hang pull ups (2, 4 rounds)
  • 7 dips
My time was 22:19.
