Some gains

Finally making some gains on the bench press front. Nothing spectacular, but it's progress.

WOD:
  • 3 set of 5 bench press (155 lbs)
  • 1 set of 3 bench press (185 lbs)
  • 1 rep bench press (215 lbs)
Last time we did a similar workout my 1 rep was 205 lbs.

WOD 2 (Lil' Dwayne):
  • 800m run
  • 50 double unders
  • 25 handstand push ups
  • 50 double unders
  • 800m run
My time was 13:17.
