Another Awesome Workout
it was the morning after a late night Christmas party. Time to pay for the fun.
WOD
(3 rounds of the following):
800 meter run
bench press (10 reps)
kettlebell swings (10 reps)
chest to bar pull-ups (10 reps)
I finished in 23:19.
