Squats, Push ups, Power cleans, and Running

The squats sucked and the running killed me.

WOD (3 rounds):
  • 50 squats
  • 20 push ups (on the bar)
  • 10 HPC (135 lbs)
  • 400m run
My time was 17:53. I really need to work on running.
