Squats, Push ups, Power cleans, and Running
The squats sucked and the running killed me.
WOD
(3 rounds):
50 squats
20 push ups (on the bar)
10 HPC (135 lbs)
400m run
My time was 17:53. I really need to work on running.
HPC --> hanging power cleans
